We have decided to start a campaign that will help raise support and awareness for Africa New Life's Food and Care Program.  Africa New Life's Food and Care program helps to provide school lunches in some of their communities to children in Rwanda who otherwise would get little or no food to eat.

An average meal in Rwanda costs $0.83, which means $25 provides food for a child for a month (30 meals). Feeding children and families is an extension of the gospel and provides students the stability and consistent nutrition necessary to complete their education.

For many people in Rwanda, you can’t talk about food without also talking about hunger.  We are raffling off a gift basket to help raise money for this purpose.  The gift basket includes the following gifts and other small gifts:
