Maybe you're surprised, and maybe you knew this was coming...  most importantly, Little Brother is coming!!!

After much waiting and many fingerprinting appointments (new ones in every state...), we have a match.  I think my first attempt to upload photos didn't work, but I'll keep trying.  The young gentleman has just turned 3, and he needs the tender loving care of a family.

About-to-be-Big-Brother and I are overjoyed that we can complete our family and keep building on our ties to a very special region in China.  We might travel as soon as August, spending 1 week+ in Yunnan Province and then ~1 week in Guangzhou hanging out at the US Consulate. 

If you would like to help with some of the expenses that go along with this process, any amount would be gratefully accepted. 

$  1 gets another fruit snack for both boys at a market (peeled of course!)
$  3 for both boys to each have a turn on a motorized ride
$ 15 half-hour rental of a boat at Green Lake Park
$ 30 yummy dinner for the family at the rice-noodle-bowl joint
$ 90 a new balance bike so two brothers can go at a similar pace
      (or anyone have a no-longer-in-use balance bike to share?)
$200 for the Radian car seat that Mama wants after reading 100+ reviews...
