The picture above in the circle is the Ceiba tree, an ancient tree that grows in Honduras. Thus the name of the city is La Ceiba.

Honduras is a new country for e3. This team will be providing free medical care as well as sharing the gospel through OIKOS of local believers and searching for persons of peace. Our desire is to begin new churches with new believers in 10 areas of La Ceiba, Honduras. La Ceiba is located on the Carribean coast. The city is named after a giant CEIBA tree. You won't find out much about La Ceiba other than they export fruit, mainly bananas and pineapples. The local Honduran church with whom we will work has been trained very well and should prove to be great partners.
