•We are new organization, established in 2019, founded and funded by two Latina mothers who are fueled by a desire to promote inclusion and diversity in the cycling community, and motivate women in the Hispanic community to ride their bikes.

•AR Latinas en Bici (ARLB) is a multi-cultural, non-profit organization which aims to lower the barrier of entry for Latina women to ride bikes and create time and space for positive community involvement.

•Our group creates a safe, welcoming and non-intimidating environment for Hispanic women to explore the benefits of recreational road and mountain biking regardless of background or skill level.

•We aim to foster inclusion and diversity within the Arkansas biking community so that Latin women feel confident embarking on the trails; we empower women one bike-ride at a time.

•We proudly serve as a resource for women who want to learn more about this active lifestyle, develop their riding skills, and help support our mission of promoting an inclusive biking community.
