After 2 years away, I am looking forward to returning to the mission field in Ecuador to work alongside local believers and our team to serve their precious people in July 2022! Over the last two years, I have learned that mission work is a huge part of my heart and why I wanted to be a pharmacist. Your support means more to me than you could every know! God is at work in Ibarra, opening the eyes of individuals to the gift of God’s grace. Pastors in Ibarra are looking forward to our team coming to partner with their church members.  Together, we will share our testimonies and the gospel and begin home Bible studies with those who accept Christ. Our medical team will provide basic care and health education as well as open more opportunities to introduce people to Christ.

The purpose of our trip is to work side-by-side with Ecuadorian Christians to share Christ with people they know, to help disciple those new believers, and to bring them together to form new churches as they study the Bible and reach out to more areas of the city to start even more churches. We will also conduct medical clinics in the neighborhoods where we are helping plant churches. 

Ibarra is a city in the Andes. The altitude is 7300ft, and the climate is quite comfortable. We stay in a comfortable hotel. The people are loving and kind. We have taken teams in past years and have seen God reach needs in the communities through the medical clinics. We have also seen lives changed forever as people turn their lives over to Christ. Pastors and church members around the city have met together to pray and many new Bible studies have started.
