Dear Family and Friends,

As you know I have been called to Costa Rica twice to share the Lord with others who God planned for me to meet.

He is calling me again, I was asked to go on another Mission trip to Peru. I will not lie to you, I turned it down at first because I felt I could not do it this time, due to my health and also I admit it, I hate to ask for money.

Yet, just like my last mission trip, I said no but God says yes. Yes, I first said no but when 3 more asked if I was going, I finally said I would pray about it. God talked to me in my Wed. Small Group study I was doing with Sandra and Nora.

He also gave me my inheritance verses. It is my reason for what he has planned for my life. It is so important to pray for your inheritance verses. Mine are

Psalm 139

But my life is worth nothing to me unless I use it for finishing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus - the work of telling others the Good News about the wonderful grace of God.

Acts of the Apostles 20:24

I know He wants me to go there. Please pray about this if you are reading this. God knows your heart and if it is for you to help ask God. He will tell you if you are to. Any amount adds up so do not feel your money is not enough.

I was asked a week before my brother Michael's passing and Friday in the day I registered (not knowing my brother would be with the Lord that evening).

I am now sure God wants me to be a missionary when opportunity arises.

Please pray for the hearts that we will meet and for protection from the enemy who does not want us there.

Cajamarca, is a gorgeous city in the Andes Mountains of Peru. The altitude is 8,900 feet above sea level and the city has a population of 250,000. The area has mild temperatures all year long. The Spanish colonial architecture is beautiful as are the luch and green landscapes.

Our goal is to use medicine to soften hearts so we can share the gospel of Jesus Christ with those who come for care. New house churches will be planted in 7 different areas around the city, mostly outside the city limits.

Will you consider giving just 2% of your time to the Lord in 2017? We need you - both those who are medically trained and those who are willing to tell their story and God's story.
