That's right!  We are adopting again! 

Our family had the amazing opportunity to spend 4 weeks with a very special 12 yr old girl in Dec/Jan through the Great Wall hosting program and we are excited for her to join our family FOREVER!    We knew we wanted to host through this program to be able to pour love into a deserving child while advocating to find her a forever family.  We honestly stepped into this process being advocates for adoption ONLY!  We have been blessed through adoption twice now and our prayer all along was that other families would follow our story, and feel compelled to adopt, host, or help support orphan care in some way.  

Our daughter Xiao is 12 years old and rocks and extra chromosome like our son Carter.  She was also born with a heart defect and had her surgery as a young girl.  She is super smart and loves to dance!  We never though she would dance her way into our hearts like she did!  Now we look forward to spending the rest of our lives with this amazing girl.  

Since we were not expecting to adopt again so soon, and do not have 30k buried in our backyard ;-), we will be trusting God to provide just like He did with our previous two adoptions.  We currently have enough saved up to begin our home study process and are currently working towards paying our first Agency fee of $3150.  The entire adoption including fees and travel will be around 35k.  We will do everything we can to get our girl home quickly.  For example : fundraisers, working overtime, applying for grants, and selling anything we don't need.  We can do everything humanly possible to raise the money and also trust that the Lord has already provided.   I know there are so many people who were touched by our story of Xiao's time with us.  Will you pray and ask the Lord to reveal to you how you can help us get her home forever?
