I am so blessed to be able to say I have been given another opportunity to serve in Haiti with a team of people from Crossline Church this summer. My previous trip opened up my eyes to see how Jesus can work in the most powerful ways. The people of Haiti are like no other I have met before. My experience in Haiti was the most unreal thing I have ever gone through. God taught me so much through the people we ministered. I made many relationships while I was there, and I would love to continue growing them. Not only did I serve the Haitians, but they served me by showing me that the love and joy given through Jesus’ sacrifice is the only thing I need. This experience would definitely allow me to continue growing in my faith.

I’ve  been exposed to Christianity since I was little, but my relationship with Jesus truly started during middle school. I realized how much I craved his presence to guide me through all my mountains and valleys. I am in complete awe of how He has blessed my life, and I hope to spread the Gospel that changed me to the people of Haiti. I am praying for this team and the ministry that will be taking place, and I trust that God will guide each and every person throughout this journey. Sharing the good news with those who have never heard is what I have been called to do as a Christian.
