Samuel is the second child of four. He lives with both his parents. The Father is a Pastor in a trading center nearby and helps with the coordination of the secondary department at CGA. The family lives in a house close to CGA.

Samuel Lamuel Otieno was born on June 24th, 2009. He joined nursery class in January 2015 from another school. He lives with both his parents. The Father is a Pastor in the next trading centre and also helps with the coordination of the secondary department at CGA. The mother is a trained Nursery teacher not yet employed. Samuel is the second child of 4. They live in a two bed roomed rental house about 40 minutes walk to school. They have electricity and running water tap in the compound serving five families. Samuel and his older sibling Abigail are some of the lucky pupils with both parents to be accepted at CGA and both their parents are happy and appreciative. 2018 Update: Samuel's family has relocated to another house close to school.   2019 Update: This is Samuel Lamuel's fifth year at CGA. Having come from another school it has not been very easy for Lamuel to cope with the CGA way of doing things. He struggles in following instruction and this gets him in trouble many times. His teacher says that with close supervison he performs well and the last tem exam he managed to score an A. His best subject is science and his best game is football. His father is currently overseeing two churches. His mother stays and takes care of their home. His two sibling sisters Precious Abigail of grade 5 and Ruth Praise of grade 3 come to CGA too. His younger sister is still too young to start school.
