Vincent lives with his mother and sister in a permanent house about ten minutes away from the lake and depend on lake water for washing while they use tap water from a neighboring vending machine for drinking.

Vincent Innocent was born on August 21st, 2016. He will join CGA Pre-Primary 1 Class (Nursery) in 2021. His mother is a Primary school student, who gave birth to Vincent while a teenager and then gave birth to Vincent’s sister a couple of years later. The births of her children put the mother very behind in school so she will be only in Grade 7 for the 2021 school year. Vincent’s mother together with her children live with her stepsister about a 30-minute walk from CGA. They live in a permanent house about ten minutes away from the lake and depend on lake water for washing while they use tap water from a neighbouring vending machine for drinking. Vincent sleeps on a mattress under a mosquito net together with his mother and little sister. They have no electricity in their house, and use solar for lighting, and charcoal or firewood for cooking. We hope he will do well at CGA.
