We are waiting for our I-800 approval

So the next step is the I-800 approval which says that we can bring our little one home. We will get an interview with an officer who will ask us why we are adopting and such and what we plan to do with with the child and such. We plan to love her and give her a family if you are wondering. We than will wait for a court date once we have this. So we just sent our fingerprints into the FBI to get approved again and than we will get them notarized. We also have to update medical records which is aggravating for the fact that we can't get into the doctors office until August 29th. I wish I could get in touch with the doctor herself instead of having to talk through a receptionist because perhaps we could get in faster. When we get a court date this could be the only 2 things they want or we could have a whole lot more that they want updated and sent in it just depends on the judge. We than wait for the doctor to sign off on our paperwork and travel about a month after court. So we are hoping our new member will be home around Thanksgiving this year.
