Our Short Term Mission strategy which includes our Medical Mission strategy is focusing even more to equip our trip volunteers to be disciple-makers not only on our trips but locally in their communities.

I love this definition of a disciple-maker: One who focuses on obedience and spiritual growth and who equips/trains Believers to "reproduce the process with others and transforming spectators into active participants in the mission."
