Crux Summer Missions Outreach to Haiti
The Chanje Movement has been actively operating in Haiti since the earthquake in January 2010. We have an impeccable safety history, but we are engaging in a foreign culture in a 4th world developing nation. Participants should be aware that language, environment, and daily life will be markedly different, including meals and hygiene.
The cost of the outreach is nearly inclusive, and covers: roundtrip transportation to / from departure airports from Crossline Church, roundtrip airfare to / from Port au Prince, Haiti, lodging, in country-transportation, meals, outreaches, and medical evacuation insurance.
My name is Caleb Arellano and I am going on a missions trip to Haiti to help those in need but to primarily be a part of the religious outreach and bringing the people of Haiti to hope in Christ. In 2010 Haiti was hit by a massive earthquake and since then my church, Crossline Community Church, has been traveling there to teach the word of God to the men, women, and children who are, to this day, still suffering from the effects of the quake. I am going to Haiti because I am called to go by God. The good news of the gospel is for everyone and yet there are people who have never heard this and do not know that they are saved. I want to be on the front lines of the mission and show the love of God to the people of Haiti. With this I am asking for your donation to my fundraiser so that I can travel to Haiti. The cost is about $2,500 and with your help it will be raised quickly. I can always accept cash but to donate with a check, please make out to “The Global Missions Fund at Pure Charity” and in the memo put the code “Crux19354175”. Also, you can donate online at purecharity.com/arellanohaiti2019. With your help the word of God can be shared with many more people through me, in Haiti. If you cannot donate PLEASE pray for me and this journey Crossline Church is on going to Haiti.
Thank You!
Caleb Arellano
