We Matched!!!

After months of waiting, we have finally matched with a birth mother and will be welcoming a new little one into the world real soon….like APRIL soon. We are connecting with the birth mother, who lives in Florida, and are soooo incredibly happy she chose us. To say we are excited is an understatement, but we are also feverishly getting everything in order so we can welcome the new one home. In the next few weeks, we will be finalizing our plans and making a few trips to Florida to visit with the birth mother and get situated with all things to make the adoption official.

As our previous posts have noted, adoption can be an EXPENSIVE endeavor and given the quick turnaround for our adoption process, it adds a few more expenses to make everything go smoothly. While we are blessed to be able to make this work, we could not have done it without the support of our family and friends.

If you would like to contribute to our adoption journey, any money donated through this site is 100% tax-deductible. You can remain anonymous if you’d like but know everything you give will go towards offsetting the adoption expenses. If donating is not your thing and you want to assist in other ways, we have put together our Amazon Baby Registry with a bunch of fun and necessary goodies to help make our place a home for the new little one.
