This is Levi from Elevate Orphan. We want to thank you for your sponsorship of Belachew. He is doing great and thriving because of your support!

We also wanted to reach out with an update on how he is doing. With quarantine still on in Ethiopia, and school still not started, normal life has been disrupted for all of the kids in our forever families but the moms and aunts are pulling through and coming up with creative ways to keep the kids busy.

Belachew is 13 years old and going into 7th grade this year.

When asked what he's been doing to stay busy during lockdown, he said that he has been watching movies, craft (how to do) videos, and tv shows. He has also been painting, weight lifting, listen to music,  and helping with daily chores. His favorite food that his house mom makes is Minchet ( a kind of stew made with meat).
