Thank you!

We are so grateful that many have chosen to partner with us financially. Thank you for giving! We received a surge of donations right when we needed them and were able to make our first payment to Mustard Seed last week. One donor sent this quote, which keeps coming to mind: “God’s plans have God’s provision.” Amen!

Yesterday, we were thankful to receive a packet in the mail from New Life Adoptions! It said, “We are writing to inform you that your Formal Application for Adoption has been approved and we are happy to move forward with you in the adoption study process.” Super exciting! Basically, this means that we can fill out more paperwork with a bunch of things being due within the next month.

Prayer requests:

The paperwork can feel overwhelming. Please continue to pray for us to be diligent in this process. “Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ.” -Colossians 3:23,24

Pray for the future adopted child and the birth Mama, who may even be pregnant now. Pray for her, especially during this Christmas season, that she would find peace in Christ. “Sing to God, sing praises to his name; lift up a song to him who ride through the deserts; his name is the Lord; exult before him! Father of the fatherless and protector of widows is God in his holy habitation.” Psalm 68:4,5
