Amazon Outreach

I started a fundraiser on Pure Charity to raise the funding that I need to support my entire yearly salary. My biggest need is for recurring monthly supporters, this financial support will help to sustain me while I work with Amazon Outreach.  Amazon Outreach is a mission organization that travels to unreached villages in Brazil and shares the love of God and also provides dental care, medical care, optical care, children's ministry, men's ministry and women's ministry. I will be based at headquarters in Dallas, TX as a full time staff member but will travel to Brazil when needed. It's been my dream to serve in full-missions and I hope that you will consider being part of this opportunity with me.

My Journey

Over the past few years, my heart has been drawn to helping others who are in need overseas. During my college years I was able to take mission trips to serve in impoverished areas. There is something very powerful about getting to hug children with medical conditions that would someday soon take their life, handing out fresh food to families living in garbage dumps, telling abused girls that God has not forgotten them, and getting to pray with people who felt left behind. My life will be forever changed by those moments. I can no longer ignore the need outside the walls of my own comfortable bubble. My prayer is that I wouldn’t put any conditions on God but that I would go where He has called me!

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Today’s Christian Woman Magazine, Operation Christmas Child, Kaleo Missions, K-LOVE Christian Radio, NRFA Child Adoption and Watermark Community Church. I also recently completed my first semester at Dallas Theological Seminary where I am becoming more equipped for a life-long pursuit of mission’s work and working alongside the Church. None of these opportunities were planned by me, God redirected my course the more I surrendered my own plans to Him. He opened all these doors for me and I am now stepping out in faith to believe that He will continue to have big plans for me with Amazon Outreach.

To date, I have been providing funds for myself by working several jobs on the side while trying to fully transition in with Amazon Outreach. I want to get started right away with projects at the office but I am asking for your financial support in order to do so. I am still in the process of fundraising financial support in order to be a full time staff member. With your generosity we have the ability to bring about changed lives, and your personal support would truly be making an eternal impact.

I believe that we all have different seasons of life where God calls us to be ‘senders’ or to be ‘goers’ out in the mission field. I’m grateful for the opportunity to be able to work at Amazon Outreach’s headquarters in Dallas, but also get to go love on God’s people in Brazil from time to time throughout the year. I'm praying for each of you reading this, that you would so clearly feel the call of God on your own life. Whether that means in your own town, or maybe halfway across the world. There’s work to be done during our short time on earth, I pray that you would know how LOVED you are by God, and that you would go forth and reflect that with others.
