We are so excited about moving forward in this process! There are currently 8 mothers in counseling with Life choices, any one of them could choose us to parent their precious baby and we want to be ready to say "Yes!". The last thing we need is the placement fee, which is due when the baby is placed in our home. That is the portion of money we are currently raising! With your help we will be able to accept a child as early as July!
      We want to keep all of you updated on the process and what is happening from here. We have received several gifts not donated through our Adopt Together page and want to make sure they are reflected in our total goal. We are also in the process of applying for EVERY adoption grant we can find! Our plan is to adjust the financial goal amount to show the amount we actually still need after other gifts and grants! Our overall goal was $16,000 which includes the placement fee to the agency (which is a non-profit), it covers the mothers medical expenses and legal fees. 
    Thank you so much to everyone who has so generously donated to our adoption fund. We could not do this without you! There are no small gifts and every dollar brings us that much closer to bringing our little one home. 
    Would you continue to pray with us for all of the mothers and fathers making hard, selfless decisions? Would you pray for us to hear back quickly from the grants we are applying for and that they would be able to contribute significantly to our adoption? Would you consider giving to our adoption financially if you have not already?
