God has called my family and I to serve with a full time one-year ministry mission at the Cross Church School of Ministry in Springdale, Arkansas! I'm so excited about this opportunity, and I would like to invite you to share in this excitement with me!

I started a fundraiser on Pure Charity to raise the funding that I need for this one-year mission. I have a total donations goal of $6,500 that will go towards the cost of the several mission journeys that will help to sustain me while I serve for the next year. It's the calling of God for our lives for this next year and I hope that you will consider being part of this opportunity with me.

Included in several smaller mission journeys is an international trip to Malawi, Africa in September 2017. UPDATE: We had the opportunity to witness to many in the local villages and to preach at a service in that village. Several trusted in Christ as their Savior for the first time there that day under a tree. We also encouraged many local pastor's and their wives at a Pastor's Conference we hosted. One day was designated as Widow/ Kiddo Day where we ministered to the local children and widows of the local villages. Visiting Malawi, the poorest nation in the world, was fantastic! It was great to get to minister to people who have not heard of Jesus Christ and get to share with people who were genuinely interested in hearing about Him!

UPDATE: A week before Thanksgiving, the School of Ministry was invited to join a church in Helena- West Helena, AR to assist them in handing out turkeys to people in their area. I was asked to preach during their service that was a part of this ministry. 6 people trusted in Christ as Lord following the service. God works through our efforts to give to the needy!!

UPDATE: Blessing Baskets is a ministry of Cross Church that has taken place since 1992. It is a weekend event where many families are given a bag of food before the Thanksgiving Holiday. Everyone must attend the service to receive a bag of food. This year: 2,089 families were given bags of food; 4,753 people were present to hear the Gospel; 374 trusted in Christ; and 55 were baptized following salvation. I was blessed with another opportunity to preach a service where 4 trusted in Christ and 1 was baptized. Over the weekend, I was honored to baptize a total of 13 who had trusted Christ.
