EXCITING NEWS! We are adopting another child!!!   We are bringing the sweetest 5 year old boy into our family from the Congo!!!

We knew that God was calling us to bring another child into our family from Congo when we traveled the first time to bring home our daughter.  We were elated when we were given information about a little boy!  He is only 5 months younger than Brayden, our biological son (who is super excited by the way)!!

We've been in the adoption process for several months now and things seem to be moving quickly!  Much faster than our previous adoption!!! 

Just recently, Eric made a trip to Congo to do a pastor's training.  While he was there, he got to meet our son for the first time and spend a couple of days with him!!  They had an immediate bond and it was very hard for both Eric and our son to say goodbye :(     

We've recently started a fundraiser on Pure Charity to raise the funding that we need to make our adoption a success. We have a donation goal of $4,000 that will pay the remainder of our adoption fees!!!  All other adoption expenses (besides travel) have been covered!!!  Yes, you are reading correctly. We only need $4,000 to be finished with adoption expenses!!!  This payment is due ASAP, which is why we are asking for your help in helping us bring our son home.
