Today we found out that we have been moved to Active status! This is what we have been working toward and waiting for. We are finally on the waiting list! Even though it is a long wait forward, we are finally waiting on the list not waiting to get on the list! Adoption is a lot of waiting! But we are okay with that because as we celebrate Ian's birthday this week we are abundantly reminded that all this waiting is for such an amazing blessing that once it arrives you forget the wait ever happened.
