GREAT NEWS! We've decided to adopt a child! We're so excited to give a child (or two) an opportunity to grow up in our home and teach him or her the best things that we know. After much prayer we are ready to take a step of faith and begin moving forward with a private domestic adoption. 

These last two years have been filled with ups and downs as we explored fertility treatments, foster care, and lots of prayer. Through all of this we have seen our desire to be parents grow stronger. We have put all our trust in God who we know if the true provider. The step of private adoption is a scary one that seems sometimes very overwhelming. We know that if God is calling us to this, He will provide the resources and support needed to make it happen. 

This is where you, our friends and family, come into play. We ask first for your prayers. This is going to be a long  process, and we know there will be emotional ups and downs along the way. Next, we've started a fundraiser on Pure Charity to raise the funding that we need to make our adoption a success. We have a donations goal of $30,000 that will go towards the initial cost of the adoption. It's been our dream to help give a child an opportunity like this and we hope that you will consider helping us make our dream a reality.
