Help Haiti
Here are some pictures from this weekend (August 25-26) when the tropical storm Isaac touched down on Haiti.
A country already ravaged by the quake of 2010, Haiti is in need again. Help One Now, has worked in the largest Tent City in Haiti for the last two years, in partnership with a local church, led by Pastor St Cyr. In the video above you can see the tent city. This is the same community that we are going to help serve.
So far, we know tents are down, (this is home for thousands) personal belongings are damaged and destroyed and many people are in need today. We want to help provide them with food, new tents for shelter, and we may have to rebuild a tent-city church.
100% of funds will go directly to helping Haitians. (minus transaction fees)

passed across Haiti overnight with high winds and heavy rains, flooding
low lying areas of the capital Port au Prince and flattening camps for
displaced people from the January 2010 earthquake.

This is our partner St Cyr. He leads a church in the tent-city and has been serving this community for years!
