We are in the process of growing our family through adoption...again!  Our heart for adoption started long before we even met.  In June 2012, we were blessed to welcome Ella into our family.  At that moment, we knew we wanted to adopt again, but we didn’t know when.  Our passion grew as God’s heart for adoption became vivid to us.  We were shocked to learn there is tremendous need for infant adoptions in the United States.  Not long after Ella was born, we started praying about when to adopt our second child.  God’s plan was different than ours! We were blessed with our biological son, Emmett, in June 2013!

Two years later God began to nudge us to pursue adoption again! This spring we really felt God saying “now” in a variety of ways throughout our lives.  We are going through Christian Adoption Consultants (CAC) again since we were blessed by working with them with Ella’s adoption.  Through CAC a match can often happen fast.  We are home study approved and just waiting for a phone call saying we are matched with a birth mom. The timing of this is unknown to us, but known to our Heavenly Father.  While we wait for His timing, we are preparing in any way we can.

We are working on a rummage sale to help with some of the expenses and daily praying for our baby and for his/her birth family. We recently found out we have been awarded a $4,000 matching adoption grant through an organization called the MICAH Fund! This means the MICAH Fund will match any donations given towards our adoption up to $4,000! Domestic infant adoption can cost between $40,000-45,000. This matching grant will be a HUGE BLESSING! Thus we humbly are asking you to:

• Please pray for our family during this journey, the birth mom of our baby and of course Baby Lemaster
• Prayerfully consider giving financially to help bring our child home

We are in awe of God’s provision for us thus far in our journey in providing a new job for Dave and by your support which goes so much beyond finances whether it is simple words of encouragement or knowing that many of you are praying for us right now. The MICAH Fund will match funds raised up to $4,000.  Your tax-deductible contribution is handled by Pure Charity, on behalf of the MICAH Fund   Pure Charity provides each donor with proper tax receipts.  Grant funds are paid directly by the MICAH Fund to adoption agencies for customary services/fees.  Adoptive families do not receive funds directly.  Funds donated in excess of $4,000 would be donated to the designated family based on applicable tax law and need.  If a family exceeds their fundraising need, funds go to the MICAH Fund's general fund for the intended purpose of being distributed to additional qualifying families.  If you wish to give anonymously you must send a check with our family’s code and include a note stating you wish to remain anonymous.
