God has been working in my life in the past few years, changing and molding me to become more like Christ. In this process, I have learned that His goal for my life is to know Him and make Him known. It’s my sincere desire to do both. He has given me many opportunities to share His message of love and hope. He has also given me a vocational outlet as a teacher. My passion to make Him known has now intersected with my vocation as a teacher in a unique way, and He is providing an opportunity for me to take His message and my professional skills to Haiti.

This will be my second year to travel to Haiti.  In July, I will travel to lead the 4th Annual Spirit of Truth Teacher Training in the city of Guibert, Haiti. Haiti is the least-developed country in the Western Hemisphere and one of the poorest countries in the world. Education for many there is a luxury.

As I step out in faith, I ask for your prayers.

• Pray that we will prepare adequately and thoroughly and that our presentations would be clear.
• Pray for our travels and that we would have the physical, spiritual, and emotional strength to accomplish that which God has set before us.
• Pray for the teachers and administrators that will be coming to this training.
