Our dossier is being walked into the IBESR tomorrow - provided the current riots in Port-au-Prince don't halt the representative again! (Yesterday, he was caught in a throng of people who happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time on a street where police were gassing rioters!)

Please be praying for swift delivery and swift process through IBESR - they are expecting a less than 3-month wait until we exit IBESR system.
