We have been very busy with Christmas activities. Our pending adoption is still very much on our hearts.  Every month we get a list of available children in the Philippines. I have managed to hold back most of my tears when I look through the list. We were interested in a sibling group of 3 boys but they have been adopted. I am so thankful that someone will bring them home soon. When I realized that they were no longer in need of a family I felt God tell me, "Your children are not on that list yet."

Now some time has passed and there are 3 more children tugging at my heart. One is a single girl and the other are two brothers. I try not to feel too attached because I know that we are just beginning our journey and like the 3 brothers they could be adopted. My hope is that they are so they are not waiting anymore. So, I pray for them and their future families whether it is us or someone else.
