One of the Mountain's biggest needs will make the experience better for everyone who drives, bikes, or walks onto campus. Wayfinding! There are more than 40 structures on the 32-acre campus. It can be very confusing for our guests as to where to park and where to go. While it is a priority, it isn't in the budget.
"You need better signs"! "Several people drove up there and then drove away because it is so dark and Martin was hard to find". This is just some of the feedback we have received.
Supporting our wayfinding fundraiser is a gift that keeps on giving. Wayfinding not only helps Mount Sequoyah complete a much needed project but also allows for our visiting groups, program attendees, and individuals to have a better experience when they come to Mount Sequoyah. And the hope is that a better experience will lead to return visits and positive word of mouth, ultimately making Mount Sequoyah better and stronger!
