Happy New Year friends and family,

It's time to get excited, our Chili Cook-Off is 3 weeks away

We will be at Hagar park in the Device room on January 29th from 11 AM-3 PM. Come on out and enjoy a warm bowl of chili, vote on your favorite chili recipe, and bid on an item in our silent auction.

Cost:
Lunch- $5 for an individual or $20 for a family of 4 or more and chili tasting is included.
Chili tasting only- $5 a person

All the money raised during this event goes 100% to our adoption fees. Our home study is paid for so not we are raising money for our agency fees. lawyer fees and post-placement costs. We will be launching the following fundraisers at this event as well.

1. Quilt Squares that we ask you to write a word of encouragement, bible verse, Quote, and name that will be sewn into a quilt to be shared with our child. This special gift is from everyone who helped us find our forever family and will be a reminder of everyone in our village supporting us. Price $15 a square to raise money and cover fabric costs.

2. Lazanga meal signs up: Dear friends of Ethan and are taking orders for a frozen lasagna meal, the meals will be available in March for pick up. Cost: available on January 29th

3. Fill our trailer pop can drive: Bring your clean pop cans in a garbage bag and place them in our trailer ( parked in the parking lot of Hagar Park) at our Chili Cook-Off.

Yes, we have several options of ways you can help us. If you are feeling called to support us please consider s coming to our event. We are also looking for volunteers for the following to make the event successful.

1. individuals/ Families to enter the Chili cook-off. The winner will receive a Coffee gift card!

2. Donate an item to our silent auction, examples include:
- car detailing
- House Cleaning
- Gift Cards
-Reservations for a weekend away
- Electronics
-Homemade goods and crafts
- Bake goods

3. Volunteer to help clean up and set up: We have the building rented from 10 Am till 4 PM and need to clean the building before we leave. Please consider coming early or staying late to help set up tables and chairs, or staying late to take them down and clean the facility.

If you would like to sign up to help please let us know by Saturday, January 22nd for planning purposes.

We are so excited to see how God is going to use this day, please pray for God's provision, everyone's safety, and most important for our future child.
