Her name is Marie!!!
We have been matched with a bright, beautiful, outgoing 14 year old girl named Marie! We can not share a photo of her or any other information, but we can tell you that we are excited to finally know her name, and that we will get to meet her soon. Unfortunately, due to COVID, we will not be able to make a two week bonding visit as is typically done. However, we will be able to meet her and continue to communicate with her often over Zoom.
We have truly been blessed by our church family, friends, and family through their generosity as they have helped us meet our ongoing financial needs along the way. With a little more than a year to go before we get to bring Marie home, we are still about $8,000 short of our total need, but we have no doubt that the Lord will provide.
