27 million people have become trapped in modern day slavery as you read this

Half of those people are children! These are overwhelming numbers!  But we believe that if we rescue ONE, and then another ONE, and yet another ONE, we can have a huge impact.

The things that are happening everyday in this holocaust we call Human Trafficking are hard to imagine. Little children as young as 3 years old being sold for sex, baby factories, cages and brothels.

This project is here to help young girls in Cambodia who have been rescued from sex trafficking.  Through our partners at SHE Rescue Home, girls that have been rescued from sex trafficking in Cambodia can be given a new beginning and hope for a bright future.

"When I went to visit Cambodia and SHE Rescue Home, the reality of human trafficking was raw and right in front of my face. Each night we would go out on the streets, and middle aged and older white men where everywhere.

They would walk the streets or sit at sidewalk cafes and look until they found a girl they wanted. Sitting in my hotel lobby, I would watch them come and check in one by one with young girls by their side. Many of them underage. The really young ones are kept hidden.... It felt like being surrounded by darkness and despair.

Walking into the SHE Home was a stark contrast. Wow!! There was laughter and smiles, singing and games. The girls were happy. They were in a safe place. It was one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen, and I want to help many more girls get the opportunity to find safety and restoration at SHE."

Through this project, we can give the opportunity for a new life, healing and joy. SHE Rescue Home is a secure haven for young Cambodian girls who have been rescued from being trafficked. Each of these beautiful girls deserves a safe and secure place to live, where counseling, medical attention, and educational and vocational training can take place in a safe and loving location. Instead of focusing on the enormity of the need and the statistics, let us join together for ONE life. ONE girl.
