I had an awesome experience in Haiti on this mission trip with some amazing men from my church! We provided food for families in multiple villages. We visited and spent time with orphans that are sponsored by our church members. We visited and prayed for elderly that have been abandoned but have been provided housing and care at a village run by Korean Nuns. We did some physical labor helping with getting a new septic tank installed at one of the orphanages. We visited a men’s prison. We visited a property purchased by the Chanje Movement that will be used to house a church, orphanage, medical clinic, and trade school. We prayed over this property and played soccer with the kids in the surrounding area. We did many other outreaches at parks and market places. Everything we did was done out of love and everywhere we went we shared the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We shared that we were there to share the love that we have been given by Jesus. We gave people an opportunity and led them in prayer to receive Jesus as their personal savior.
