Adoption Update! Everyone's support; financial, encouragement, prayers and love has meant the world to us! Our journey has moved along quite a bit since our last post! On April 4, we hit our deadline of all legal paperwork being turned in to both our adoption agency and our homestudy agency; phew...it was SOOOO much!!! We were also able to make the first payment of 25% of our funds to our adoption agency and an additional $3,000 for our homestudy through generous supporters and provision of God through our own contributions. Our Homestudy began on April 17th and we are currently through 3 out of our 4 interviews! Our final interview and home visit is scheduled for May 29th and we truly value prayers around this visit and the finalization of the study! As we wait, we have received the green light to begin to prepare our photo book and once “homestudy approved,” we are ready to be presented to Mothers!!! There has been so much grace and blessing of God working out little kinks as the arise! We know He is in this and we can barely wait for the arrival of the little one He has for us! Our next big push is for a 50% payment which will be due when we are chosen by a mother!
