Hi friends and family!

Can’t believe we’re already a couple months into 2020! It feels like my classmates and I just finished PA school and graduated. 2019 was a whirlwind from traveling, finishing rotations, taking my certification exam, and (finally) finishing school. The Lord led me faithfully through all of those things and provided everything I could need and more. He gave me an amazing family, steadfast community group, and loving friends. Seeing how God moved mightily in both the monotonous and exhilarating moments last year, made me want to give Him more of myself and time this year. What He plans to do with 2020, is something far greater than I could plan for myself. 

Y’all know how much I loved Malawi and being in Africa this past year. I have always had a passion for global health or international missions, and this summer, I have been given an opportunity to travel with my church to Ethiopia! We will be there for ten days during the month of June, and our mission is to share Christ's love with the Ethiopian Orthodox and Muslims in the Oromo Region of Ethiopia. We are partnering with Ethiopian believers to build relationships, share Christ, and plant churches among the Oromo people group that don't know of Christ's love and redemption.  

Most importantly, I ask you to please walk with me and pray for our team as we prepare to go to the people of Oromo this summer. Pray for our hearts, that they remain undivided and solely focused on the Lord alone. Pray that the manifestation and appreciation of the Lord's glory will be the ultimate goal. As we continue to spend time with Him and prepare for this journey, may the Ethiopians hear our stories of how the Father has changed us and come to know that He wishes to do the same for them as well. I am excited for this new adventure in 2020. Excited to see how the Lord will work in my heart and my team's in the weeks and days leading up to the trip. Thank you so much for being in my life!
