We need you to complete the Sierra Leone Visa Application AND obtain a passport photo. You can get a passport photo at a local Rite Aid, Walgreens, or Costco. We need both these items turned in to the SIMS office by this Friday, Nov 3, 2017 by 2 PM.

 The Visa Application was emailed to you by SIMSTRIPS@LLU.edu
