Good Morning Everyone!  We are so thankful for our family and friends. Everyone's support on this journey means the world to us!  We are going down the Checklist of our Home Study. We got our fingerprints done this morning, and it was entertaining as we do hope that they are clear considering both of our employments!  Tim's prints have been found in burglaries before lol As the officer of course. 

Considering my entire life being raised in the home of a firefighter, I just knew our house would be fire safe.  Well in 2017 it seems you almost have to have a smoke detector in every room of the house.  We have been in touch with the fire marshal prior to inspection to make sure we have everything before they come.  3 more smoke detectors and we should be good.  I just know Daddy would be getting a kick out of that.  We hope he does guide us through that part of the study.

We have submitted our paperwork for our water to be tested, obtained our driving records, and are making our doctor appointments for physicals.  It is a lengthy process but we know that it is absolutely worth it.  :)

We have found ourselves wandering and looking at cribs and baby stuff...it all once just seemed like a Dream..now is moving towards a reality.
