Ecclesiastes 3:1 1 There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens:

Greeting to all first and foremost i like to say its been a while since i have send update your , i hope you will find this update well.

The beginning of these year we as ministry set on one of offices for week , praying and talking about this year and on which things we felt God is calling us to intentional do them well this year , we started this week by first sharing our individual passions and dreams for this year , we began sharing we even did a strength find test on the internet , to look how we are wired , as this help us to know better how a person is wired and their gifting . As this would help us navigate the changes that needed to take place in ministry , people needed to shift from previous position or responsibilities .

So i name this update the healthy change , reason some of you know that the past 3 years i been serving the ministry on the administration side of the ministry handling the financial responsibility of the ministry of all department we had , i can say that season has been good and hard learning and growth , whoever to be honest here i been feeling drained caring that responsibility the past year in fact , so when January 17 set in the room talking where we see our selves serving better the ministry this year , as people started to pick up their number one team and second and third , for me was hard to let go of the administration as my mind was who is going to do it , but with the challenge of the people around me them see where my strength can best serve the ministry , they challenge to pray and think about moving out in administration and joining the mission Team which entails the works we do outside , so from that week i have accepted the responsibility of being the co-leader of the mission team , to shorten it its been great working with the mission team and again i am learning how to be servant of God . So this changes had been healthy cause we are seeing people really using their gifting in the right areas .
