Dearest Friends and Family,

            Last year, I was able to go on a weeklong mission trip to Costa Rica with e3 Partners Ministry.  I had the fantastic opportunity of sharing the Gospel and serving the citizens of that country. We saw 175 people affirm Jesus as Lord! This year, I am called to return there and my son Kristofer has decided to join me. What is abundantly clear from last year’s trip is that Jesus’ words in Matthew 9:38 are absolutely true, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.” For this reason Kristofer and I are asking for your help to send us out to Costa Rica.

            e3 Partners is a group which organizes short term mission trips all over the world.  We are going to San Ramon, Costa Rica, June 27-July 4 to help make disciples for Jesus. In addition to sharing the Good News, we also have eye clinics that provide reading glasses for free to those who need them. To accomplish this mission, we need your prayers, first and foremost.  Please pray God will use us to reach people, so he can bring them into a closer relationship with Jesus.  e3 then partners with local churches to ensure those we reach will maintain that relationship.  Your prayers will ensure that we will be up to this task, so that we may return home and use what we have learned to make disciples here in our own community.

            We also need your financial help.  We need to raise the $5100 necessary for our travel, food, accommodations, leadership training, as well as evangelistic and follow up materials for this trip.  e3 partners is now using a third party called Pure Charity to help us raise money.  Please mail a check payable to e3 Partner’s Fund at Pure Charity in the enclosed envelope.  You can also go on the web to https://www.purecharity.com/staskos-fundraiser-for-san-ramon-costa-rica to donate with your credit or debit card. It only takes a few minutes. You will then receive a tax receipt from e3 Partners.
