The Cry is an advocacy publication distributed by Word Made Flesh.

Our readers are invited to learn and share in the stories of our friends around the world who suffer under poverty and injustice. At various times, readers of The Cry will also encounter prayers, prayer requests, theological reflection, poetry, topic analysis, biographical introductions to staff and reflections from staff, artistic photography, other forms of art and thoughts on these forms, and more.

You can subscribe today for $50 dollars!

• Each first time subscriber will receive an automatically renewed year-long subscription to The Cry (This includes 4 quarterly, printed issues delivered by mail), a mug, and sticker!  

We love the printed copies of The Cry.  We have found that people lay them on tables in their offices, in their living rooms, in their university dorms, etc. and that other people run across these copies who have never heard of Word Made Flesh and begin to learn about who we are and become connected to our work through the reading of The Cry. 

We have sought to set our subscription price at a level that makes printing sustainable for us.  However, we would love to be able to print more of The Cry to get it into hands of people who cannot afford a print subscription.

We are seeking donations for The Cry above and beyond the subscription price in order to allow us to better underwrite the whole process so that more people might hear about the important work of Jesus that is happening through Word Made Flesh.
