Getting Ready for the Home Study Posted about ago
Hello Everyone!
Just wanted to post a quick update of where we're at in this journey. We have been contacted by our caseworker, and she let us know that we should be contact in February to schedule our Home Studies. For those who are unfamiliar with the adoption process, this includes four visits with our caseworker, two at our house and two at their office. The Home Study fee is $1500, and we have almost met that goal! We only need $200 more and we're all set!
Then our next small goal will be $500 which is due shortly after the Home Study.
We've been working away at getting the nursery ready, we can't wait for Baby Hicks to arrive!!!
