Well, we are just about at the end of our domestic adoption paperwork. We have our home study on March 20th. Approximately 2 weeks later we will be an official waiting family! there is currently 15 Birthmothers with our agency, all of them due between now and the end of the summer. This is very excited and could possibly mean a fast placement, of course there is always a chance it could be longer and with all we have experienced with adoption the only thing we are certain of, is that there are no absolutes in this process.

The total for the adoption is $18,500. We currently have about $6500 raised and through our personal savings we are getting close. Our goal is to raise another $3500 though donations.

We know that God has huge plans for our family. Raising funds to help complete our family is humbling but also an exciting way for our community to be apart of the beautiful redemption that adoption is.
