All our paperwork was received including all our references. Today we met our social worker for the first time. We are her first adoption family even though she’s been working in social work for over 11 years. She was able to inspect our home and we met all the requirements. We started the conversation for our home study and planned our next two meetings. By this time next month, we should begin looking for a child or children. We really like our social worker. She’s great. We are excited to work with her. We had a lot of fun today with her.
