We have great news! We have officially chosen and begun working with a domestic infant adoption agency-- La Familia Adoption in Albuquerque, NM! We have scheduled a meeting next week to sign paperwork and pay the first round of fees. We are on our way!!
It has been an amazing 8 weeks communicating with all of you! We have been awed and humbled by your loving involvement. Even as we have been navigating the ups and downs of the whole adoption roller coaster, we have felt you alongside us, cheering us on and supporting our steps. I will be proud to tell this story to our child as she grows up!
Through direct donations on our adopttogether.org page, and private foundation grants, $26,310 have been designated for adoption expenses to our family. That's over 74% of our expenses!
The campaign is still open, so if you're wanting to donate there is still time to help us get closer to our final goal.
