Well I had intended to run 15 miles this past Saturday for my long run... seems I miscalculated the turnaround and ended up running 16.24 miles... noicve surprise to say the least.... I was tired but could have done more, so training is going great so far.... and hey I just ran half a 50K already!
the chocolate milk recovery drink after the run was heavenly... I love an activity that the recovery drink is chocolate milk!
each step of my long run brings me closer to helping the childing of Uganda and the Childrens Safety Center... the goal keeps me going. thanks everyone. check in next week. CRT
