New American ministry workers to Chad will accompany e3 leaders to experience first-hand the church planting work in Chad. This is intended to develop in the new workers a deeper relationship with the Lord and devotion to His passion to reach the remaining unreached peoples of the world and to instruct and encourage Chadian gospel workers. Training of church planting principles will be conducted with new disciples in Chad. Strategy will be planned for going to the next step.
