This registration is for Excel Staff joining Excel's mission trip to Tree of Hope Haiti. The deposit and guesthouse fee's have already been paid. The remaining balance is for T-Shirts only, that which does not need to be paid. Please register without payment. Registration is for our records only. NOTE Dates for Staff Registration: Arriving a few days before Team and leaving before Team departs.

Excel Team Member Registration

This registration is for Excel Team Missionaries. It covers TOHH Guesthouse fee and Pure Charity Trip Management fee. The TOHH Guesthouse fee includes the cost of food, housing, travel to and from the airport in Haiti, beach day and operational costs. Flights are NOT included. Team members are expected to purchase the same flight number as your Team Leader instructs you to purchase. About this trip

Excel Chruch will be coming together working on TOHH projects to paint the safety gate in the Pavilion area, paint murals and basketball court lines, assist with TOH staff wedding, facilitate a children's ministry, presenting Health Safety Class to the community and enjoying a beach day.

The total cost (flights not included) for this mission's trip is $650.00 (other fee's included) Deadline dates are to be upheld or your trip will be canceled Flights are to be purchased separately.

Below is the timeline for your mission trip to Tree of Hope Haiti:

September 29, 2019 - Deadline to register for the mission trip and pay non- refundable deposit of $125 -which includes the price of a TOHH shirt required for travel day. (Deposit is required at registration; other fees can by paid by later date)

October 6, 2019 - First Pre-Trip Meeting: This will be held after church in the auditorium. We will purchase airfare all at the same time. (Bring your credit card and your own laptop computer or you may use one provided)

January 26, 2020 - PACKING PARTY @ Team Leader's Home (2-5pm)

This is when we get together as a team to pack our large suitcases with supplies that we are bringing to Haiti. Please bring the largest suitcase you can. This will count as your checked bag and will cost $30. This saves a huge amount of money. Barrels cost $125 to ship. If you are unable to cover this cost, no worries, TOHH will reimburse you for it. If you do not have a large suitcase, let me know and I will find one for you. Many times we leave that suitcase in Haiti because it serves as a bureau for a Haitian family, but don't feel like you have to leave your suitcase.
