No matter where you go in Tanzania, no matter what village you visit, you will always find women as the foundation for community strength, family care, and service in the local churches.  You will also see many of the great needs of the women of Tanzania:  to understand their worth in God's eye, to gain encouragement from other women, to learn the Word of God, to learn ways to start new businesses in order to contribute to their family's needs; to realize their opportunities to invest in their culture and in the lives of other local women.  On this expedition, we will be meeting with women from area churches in the mornings for in-depth Bible study/training and discussion.  In the afternoons, we will be participating in Community Transformation projects in order to aid the women in business opportunities and participating in orphan/widow ministry in the area.
