About this trip

Dates: October 17-21, 2024. Thursday to Monday

Flights: Fly to Logan International Airport, Billings, Montana.

Arrive by 1:30 PM on the 17th.  3 PM is the latest arrival we can accomodate for. If you can't arrive by 3 PM, please come a day early and get a room in Billings.

Depart after 12:30 PM on the 21st.

Donation: Half the cost will be provided by a scholarship from donors who believe in you and want you to leave Wyoming with your heart full and your mind well rested.  For the second half, the cost is $2,000. This covers everything except your flights.

Fishing Experience: Prior fishing experience is NOT necessary. Seriously, it is NOT.

Gear:  Everything is waiting for you. You are always welcome to bring your own as well.

Lodging:  You will stay at the newly remodeled and expanded Refuge Lodge called the Bluffs. It is located near Fort Smith, MT, and overlooks the Bighorn River. The place is gorgeous!

Food:  Refuge has amazing chefs who will prepare all the meals.

Agenda: Come and get what you need with no expectations on you or made-up agendas. Come receive. Let’s eat, fish, rest, and laugh. Wake up each day and do it again. We’ll fish on the world-famous Bighorn River for 3 solid days. There are also expansive meal times together, as well as hours sitting around a raging bonfire with a cigar in one hand and a beverage in the other.

Why are we going: Few people understand the power of coming alongside high-capacity local leadership more than business and community leaders themselves. Help One Now is fortunate to have built a family that includes leaders like you in a number of industries, and we know that investing in our leadership network domestically is one of the surest ways to support our leadership network internationally.

Refuge was one of our favorite events the last two years. The time we spent together was joyful, meaningful, and ultimately incredibly impactful. Countless connections were made that benefited our personal lives, our business lives, and the lives of families across the world. We’re confident this weekend will deepen our sense of connection to one another, replenish our leadership capacities, and expand our spheres of positive influence. We want you to join us, and we want you to bring someone new with you!

Who do you know that needs to join us this fall? Who would benefit from time at Refuge and move the story of Help One Now forward? If you have someone in mind, please reach out and let us know!
