This registration covers the cost of everything from once you land to when you depart. You will still need to book your own flights separately.
Dates: October 6-9, 2023. Friday to Monday
Flights: Fly to Denver International Airport (DEN). Arrive by 12 PM and depart after 3 PM. We will give details for group transportation from the airport to Water Valley Ranch in Encampment, Wyoming (4 hr drive).
Registration: https://purecharity.com/events/refuge-wyoming-2023
Donation: Half the cost will be provided by a scholarship from donors who believe in you and want you to leave Wyoming with your heart full and your mind well rested. For the second half, the cost is $1,675. This covers everything except your flights, including bus transportation from Denver to Refuge.
Fishing Experience: Prior fishing experience is NOT necessary. Seriously, it is NOT.
Gear: Everything is waiting for you. You are always welcome to bring your own as well.
Lodging: You will stay at the Refuge Lodge @ Water Valley Ranch, a century-old Wyoming ranch that is nestled within the mountains and next to the Encampment River. The lodge rooms offer rustic comfort with all the amenities of modern living - perfect for you to refresh and recharge. Cell service is nonexistent at the Lodge (you’re welcome). And Wi-Fi is available for emergencies.
Food: Refuge has amazing Chefs who will prepare all the meals.
Agenda: Come and get what you need with no expectations on you or made-up agendas. Come receive. Let’s eat, fish, rest, and laugh. Wake up each day and do it again. We’ll wade fish on the Encampment River that runs through the property, as well as on the trout-stocked private lake on site. There are also expansive meal times together, as well as hours sitting around a raging bonfire with a cigar in one hand and a beverage of choice in the other.
Why are we going: Few people understand the power of coming alongside high-capacity local leadership more than business and community leaders themselves. Help One Now is fortunate to have built a family that includes leaders like you in a number of industries, and we know that investing in our leadership network domestically is one of the surest ways to support our leadership network internationally.
Refuge was one of our favorite events last year. The time we spent together was joyful, meaningful, and ultimately incredibly impactful. Countless connections were made that benefited our personal lives, our business lives, and the lives of families across the world. We’re confident this weekend will deepen our sense of connection to one another, replenish our leadership capacities, and expand our spheres of positive influence. We want you to join us, and we want you to bring someone new with you!
Who do you know that needs to join us this fall? Who would benefit from time at Refuge and move the story of Help One Now forward? If you have someone in mind, please reach out and let us know!
Michael Eady and 19 others are participating in this trip.
