Excel Trip Registration

This registration is for Excel Team Missionaries. It covers TOHH Guesthouse fee and Pure Charity Trip Management fee. The TOHH Guesthouse fee includes the cost of food, housing, travel to and from the airport in Haiti, beach day and operational costs. Flights are NOT included. Team members are expected to purchase the same flight number as your Team Leader instructs you to purchase. About this trip

Team Excel will be coming together working on TOHH projects to build a safety gate in the Pavilion area, paint murals and basketball court lines, facilitate a children's ministry, presenting Health Safety Class to the community and enjoying a beach day. . As Team Excel is Gama and Angela's home church in America, we are excited to have Team Excel here while conducting a dedication service for the TOHH Pavilion area.

The total cost (flights not included) for this mission's trip is $650.00 (Fee's included) Deadline dates are to be upheld or your trip will be canceled

Below is the timeline for your mission trip to Tree of Hope Haiti:

August 3, 2018 - Deadline to register for the mission trip and pay non- refundable deposit of $125 -which includes the price of a TOHH shirt required for travel day. (Deposit is required at registration; other fees can by paid by later date)

October 27, 2018 - First Pre-Trip Meeting: This will be held at Brian and Marie's house at 10:00 AM. We will be going over the items we need to purchase and collect for our Missions trip. Reviiew details such as items to pack. (Location TBA)

PACK PARTY FOR TEAM EXCEL SUNDAY FEBRUARY 10th 4:00 PM @ Team Leader's Home

This is when we get together as a team to pack our large suitcases with supplies that we are bringing to Haiti. Please bring the largest suitcase you can. This will count as your checked bag and will cost $30. This saves a huge amount of money. Barrels cost $125 to ship. If you are unable to cover this cost, no worries, TOHH will reimburse you for it. If you do not have a large suitcase, let me know and I will find one for you. Many times we leave that suitcase in Haiti because it serves as a bureau for a Haitian family, but don't feel like you have to leave your suitcase. Deadline is December 30, 2018 – TOHH Guesthouse Fee and TOHH Project Costs including paint and brushes for basket ball court, murals, wood for benches and tables, cement for smoothing walls, are Due (TOHH Guesthouse Fee of $525 - includes three meals per day, housing, transportation to and from the airport in Haiti, beach day, Pure Charity fee and operations costs)
